Aderna

Meet Aderna

Hello. I’m Aderna.

I look after your family’s health records so you don’t have to remember where you put them. Every report, every prescription, every allergy, in one place.

I was built by a nursing officer with a Master of Public Health, who has watched too many people walk into a consultation with a plastic bag full of papers and no idea which one matters.

What I can do

  • Keep every blood report, prescription and discharge summary in one place
  • Tell you what each test is for, in plain language, in Hindi or English
  • Track the same test over time, so you see what changed and when
  • Hold allergies, past surgeries and current medicines for each family member
  • Hand you one organised summary to carry to your next appointment

What we are building

Planned features (these may change as we build and test):

The main idea
Your family’s health history, medicines and reports — kept, tracked over time, and organised for your next doctor visit.

Allergies, conditions, surgeries, medicines and blood reports for the adults in your family, in Hindi or English. No more hunting for last year’s report — and when you see a doctor, you carry one organised summary instead of a bag of files.

More than a folder. See what changed and when, so nothing important goes unnoticed at your next visit.

Be first to try it

The app is being built. Leave your email and you’ll hear from me the moment the beta opens.

Keeping your records
One page to take to your doctor

Every test in date order, each value beside the reference range your own lab printed, and every number linked back to the original report. Print it, or share it.

Photos of paper reports work

Most reports in India are paper, or a photo on WhatsApp. Take a picture and the app pulls out the values. No clean PDF needed.

Your family, one account

Separate profiles for the adults in your family, each with its own history and its own permission. Profiles for children are planned, and will open only after the legal review that family access needs.

Your medicines, and what changed

What you have been prescribed, what you are actually taking, and every change with the date it happened. The app records what you tell it. It never starts, stops or suggests a medicine.

Allergies, conditions and surgeries

Reactions you have had, conditions you live with, operations and hospital stays — written down once, with where each fact came from. Blank never means none; unknown stays unknown.

Ready for the visit

Say why you are seeing the doctor and choose what matters for that visit. Your allergies, your medicines and any recent changes come along every time, whichever specialist you are seeing.

Every number traceable

Tap any value to see the page of the original report it came from. Nothing is stored without its source.

See the change over time

Your haemoglobin across four years on one chart. The numbers are yours; the app only draws the line.

What you paid, and where

Which lab did which test, on what date, and for how much.

Works on a weak signal

Built for real Indian networks — light pages and small uploads, so it still works when the signal is poor.

Learning and asking
Ask what a test is for

What is HbA1c? Why does a doctor order a lipid profile? What does fasting actually change? Ask in Hindi or English and get a plain-language answer built from official guidelines, with the source named. The app explains what tests are for. It does not tell you what your own result means.

What each test is for

Plain-language explanations of what a test measures and why doctors order it. Written from official guidelines, with the guideline named.

Everyday health, evidence-based

Sleep, food, movement and stress. Practical guidance drawn from official guidelines — the same for everyone, and always sourced.

Hindi, properly

Test names and explanations in Hindi — not a machine-translated menu.

How to prepare

Which tests need fasting, and for how long. A wrongly prepared test is money wasted.

Questions to ask your doctor

Write your own questions down before the visit and they print with your summary, so you get more out of the few minutes you have.

Remembering for you
Reminders you set yourself

If your doctor asked for a repeat in three months, you enter that date and the app reminds you. You set it. The app never reads a date from a prescription and never suggests when you should test.

Take it with you as a PDF

Download your summary as a PDF and share it yourself — WhatsApp, email or print. You choose who sees it.

Our promises

Built for your doctor visit

The app brings your reports together so your doctor has your whole history in one place. Reading them stays with your doctor, where it belongs.

Your data stays yours

Health data is sensitive. It will be protected, never sold, and deletable at any time — in line with India’s data protection law.

Evidence first

Every explanation follows official guidelines and names its source.

You’ve seen what it does. Leave your email and you’ll be among the first to use it — I’ll write when the beta opens, and not before.

The Health Beats App is for keeping and organising your health records. It does not provide a diagnosis or medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor about your results.
