Our family health app

Meet Aderna

Your family’s health history, medicines and reports — kept, tracked over time, and organised for your next doctor visit. Allergies, conditions, surgeries, medicines and blood reports in one place, in Hindi and English. More than a folder — see what changed and when, so nothing important goes unnoticed. In development.
Planned features may change during development. The app will support, not replace, your doctor.

Planned feature

Aderna Emergency Card

In an accident, the people around you may not know who you are or whom to call. The planned Aderna Emergency Card keeps your blood group, medical alerts and an emergency contact on one card, with a QR code.

Details may change as we build and test. The video is an AI dramatisation.

Biswa Prakash Swain, Nursing Officer

Why trust this page

From the hospital floor to your phone

I’m Biswa Prakash Swain. My training in nursing and public health taught me two things: how the body works in real patients, and how to tell good evidence from bad. I see every day how confusing health information can be. So every article here follows one rule: if I can’t show you the source, I don’t say it. I rely on WHO, ICMR, MoHFW and peer-reviewed research — and I tell you when the evidence is uncertain.

B.Sc. Nursing
Clinical training in patient care and health education — how to explain health in words patients understand.
Master of Public Health (MPH)
Epidemiology and biostatistics — how to read research, judge evidence and spot misleading numbers.
Nursing Officer · Hands-on experience
Worked across small, corporate and government hospitals and in the community — from ICUs and operation theatres to general wards. Real patients behind every article.
